My name is Akimi Oya, your friendly neighborhood REALTOR®. When I’m not helping folks find their dream homes, you’ll often find me out and about in the Iowa City area. I’m a fitness enthusiast, so I enjoy light runs and long walks with a good podcast in my ear to keep me entertained. I am also a volunteer coach for Girls On The Run at a local elementary school. My family lives in the Iowa City area as well and I have a 16-year old cockapoo named Robo. They mean the world to me and family dinners hold a special place in my heart! My not-so-secret indulgence is online shopping and Saturday mornings at my favorite breakfast spots! I’m a foodie at heart, so exploring new restaurants and cafes is my idea of a grand adventure. I used to work at a coffee shop so I like to make homemade lattes as well. The best part about being a REALTOR® is being able to meet all types of people from all over the country.
