About Jason

Jason became a licensed Realtor and joined Monica in 2016. He oversees the business operations and helps to ensure that everything runs smoothly. He also supports Monica Hayes Team members by assisting them with client needs, whether it be showing a property, being a confidant, or offering guidance. He’s served on civic and professional boards, overseen projects, and managed in various capacities professionally. He’s always willing to help in any way.

Jason grew up in and around the electrical industry. This provided him an opportunity to acquire a strong work ethic and an ability to be a critical thinker. His construction background is helpful to understand and appreciate the building process and how a home or commercial property works from the ground up and inside out.

When he isn’t working, Jason enjoys time with his family, projects around the house, lounging at the pool, golfing, traveling, the Chicago Cubs and of course the Iowa Hawkeyes
